How Do You Select More Than One Team in Offline Dynasty?

I don't know why EA changed this. Yes you can control up to 12 teams but you have to create a new coach. I don't know why you can't just use existing coaches instead. It will let you do this for one team only. It sucks because say I want to control a team with an elite head coach. When I create the new coach they are automatically rated low. I don't understand how why EA creates all this new stuff but then changes something that has always been there and makes it worse. You should be able to select an existing head coach or create a new one if you want. I guess this was another subject that took a back seat to more important things with EA like the dreads (which look pretty pathetic btw).
