Dynasty - Who, What, Why and How

Who: Army
What: Offensive Coordinator
Why: I run the wishbone. I love OU but I wanted to start off and build myself up.
How: 1-0 330 yards on the ground in AA with 8 minute quarters.

Who: Toledo Rockets
What: OC
Why: My goal is to work my way up to be Michigan's coach but I didn't want to start there. So I choose a lower level mac school to start at
How: First game was against fcs east and was an 84-10 win, second game vs. Syracuse was a 42-21 loss. Currently sit at 5-3 with losses to Cuse, Boise St., and Miami of Ohio

What: Def Coord
Why: i always pitied them a little. i like their white helmets. put them in the sun belt where they belong. actually set my alma mater as them so big jobs down the line wouldn't be influenced to offer me just because of alma mater.
How: 0-1. lost to ECU on the road 20-13 in OT. helluva fun game. the offense lost three fumbles. looks like i won't get much help.

For those of you starting as offensive coordinators for teams with bad offenses... what type of offense do those teams have to start with?

I'm still deciding on who I want to start with. All I know is I want a bad team that I can run a pro-style, run heavy offense with.

Who: Memphis
What: Off Coordinator
Why: I don't know. It was really weird honestly. I was looking at some of the worst offenses and I was looking through the schools that meant nothing to me, Memphis just kind of stood out.
How: Lost to Mississippi State (21-7)

With Memphis, Im running a pro style offense. We're gradually getting better. I scored 7, 10, and 31 in my first three games so far...

That third game was against Kent State though lol and we went to overtime

Those definitely pop in my head once one of my stars goes down for half the season. Maybe next year.
