Play zone defense and shift your line to the strong side (TE side).

Count the number of blockers versus defenders in the box to the left and right of the ball. Make sure you are balanced to each side.

From there I recommend using the MLB or a safety and reading the action of the Guards.

You mean defensive keys right? I didn't know that worked against the run, always thought it was to focus the attention to a certain player in pass coverage. I'll have to try that.
