Desperately Needed Help!

I just finished playing an online game. Afterwards the game was autosaving. We lost power. Now the game goes to the loading screen and freezes. I tried clearing cache and that did not work.

turn the game on without signing in to your profile. Or sign out before you boot up the game... it worked for me. I've pretty much to conclusion that EA has caused this with one of their updates... just my guess though..

Sounds like whatever was saving at the time became corrupted. I think you're pretty much locked into deleting it now.

Don't know if you solved your problem. Same thing happened to me. I had to delete every related file from the hard drive (even rosters)with the exception of the online pass. Everything then worked again. Hope this helps.

What are the chances the power goes right at that exact 3 second moment it is autosaving? Bummer

Thanks, that did it. I did not delete the teambuilder stuff. The game loaded up.
