Has anyone tried rerating the coaches?

So I got the community roster last night and I spent a decent amount of time and went through and rerated most every coach in the game to make their prestige lower. Also, I took coordinators down lower than head coaches to give them more room to improve. Hopefully, this will make coach hiring a little more realistic, and help with the players progressing too much. Here are my top 10 head coaches and top 5 of each coordinator...

Well that's disappointing. Maybe they can fix coach progression in a tuner or title update.

Either way, I'll play with these coaches because it feels better than having a bajillion A+ coaches.

That's crazy to me that some coaches can jump that much. When I started as an OC at UAB, I went 7-6 and 8-5 there, left for SDSU and went 11-1 (so far) and I'm still a B+. That had given me hope.
