Coaching Carousel Issue

When my friend and I get to the coach carousel stage of our online dynasty we seem to run into a problem. He is the first up to get offers but as soon as he goes to view his contract extension from SDSU it tells him the transfer failed and kicks him out to the main menu of the game. Anyone know anything about this or a way to get past it?

We ran into a similar issue in our dynasties. We could not even view other offers or accept an extension. Finally after a couple of hours it let us accept the extension.

We have the same problem. It just says "transfer failed"

Unlike the guy above me, ours is not being fixed.

I don't think it was that anyone was fixing it. It could just have worked through whatever was holding it up on the server side. I would suggest to everyone to have everyone in the dynasty completely log out and then get back in. That fixes alot of those issues that can be caused by the cache.

Same exact problem. Cant seem to get it to work at all
