will coaches still change teams if coaching carousel is off?

I'm wondering the same thing. I'm going to be starting my annual UofM dynasty and would like, if possible, for there to be coaching changes made around me even though I would like to stay at UofM for the entirety of the mode.

I simmed one season with these settings and noticed some coaches got re-upped at their current schools after porous seasons. I'm looking at you Neil Callaway (UAB, 0-12)

Haha yaaaa I know. I just don't want to have to start a new dynasty if I get fired after my initial contract, I already have my OC dynasty where I'm trying to build my way up the ranks. This one was just for me to use UofM, just seeing if I could get the best of both worlds before I dive in.

On the same token. Let's say I get fired as Brady Hoke. Can I create a new coach within the same dynasty and take him to Michigan and continue that way?
