Can you use custom rosters online?

Just a quick question... a buddy and I want to play online... not necessarily in a dynasty or anything.

Can we both download the same roster file and play? Looking to make sure Russell Wilson is with Wisconsin...

Otherwise, will EA release a roster update to accommodate Wilson and the others?

You can but Russell Wilson will just revert back to the default QB of wisconsin in his number and everything ratings wise.

No. You have to play with the default rosters.

One way would be to start an online dynasty using your custom roster and custom schedule the team you want your friend to be in game 1 and that would work. It would taken extra five minutes to setup is all.
