South Carolina.

~ 5-6 ACE formations
~ 5-6 Shotgun formations
~ 5-6 I formations

All these formations have 0 TE, 1 TE, and 2 TE sets. The shotguns even have some empty sets.

Also, they have LOTS of bubble screens (very Belicheckian), lots of set motion plays (WR Quick Jets, HB motion to WR positions), a couple trick plays (there's 3 with the OTs spread out to the WRs), and the goaline package is a standard I-Tight. Plus, all the I formations learn heavily towards a receiving FB (or secondary HB with package swaps)

There was a reporter from the NE area who did some research when mallett was drafted and i was suprised at how similar the arkansas offense is to it. They use some of the same checks and protections and stuff...it was neat

I haven't had any issues with the playbook bug (PS3) but there are a ton of empty sets, shotgun and under center. I know the Hoodie likes to keep a lot of TE's on the roster, so look at the Ace formations with two and three TE's. They rarely use a FB if I remember.

Which one allows you to videotape the other team's signals?
