I've been having trouble consistently stopping the run. I'm in desperate need of some tips/plays/formations to help plug up these runs.

Any help would be appreciated.

Some things I do is on some plays I will hot route a lb or s to man cover the rb or switch my de's to qb contain with lb's spying or blitzing behind them. Use your options be creative.

I run alot of 3-4 defense with OLBs blitzing in and my MLBs stay coverage. So far the last 3 online games, my opponents avg 28 rushing yards a game
