I was wondering if any 3*star on NCAA Football 12 Are 70 or better oval ? ?

I signed the #12th rated CB who came in at a 75ovr and was not a JuCo transfer. He had A+ spd and B+ man coverage but was a C- zone coverage and a D- tackling. I run a ton of man coverage and he has faired well as a week one starter. He was better then 3 of the guys rated ahead of him.

Yep, they're a lot of em who are rated either a 70, or even higher. There are some 3*'s that are rated better than 5*'s, but it's a few.

Yeah and plenty of them. If you know how to read their skillset based stats based off their position it's not hard to decipher what their OVR will be.

I've seen a 2 star come in as a mid 70 before. Can't remember his actually rating but he was higher than most of my 3 star guys.

Haven't seen that often however.
