Speed Sweep (or whatever its called) is a great running play for 5-10 yards. Give it to your quickest back and once you see the hole cut up-field. Works like a charm! Just don't overuse it.

This. I also love the FB Options.

It seems like options in which the quarterback does a spin out of the snap work the best. It just seems to flow better. The ones where if the option is going left, your QB takes the snap, turns right, and keeps going until he's facing left. The options in which the quarterback takes a step to the side and the runs (load options) or speed options don't really work for me. I have a little bit of success with the quick option though, but usually only if you have the QB keep it and you cut up field between the G and T.

WB misdirection is a great play to set up with the speerd sweep. People will see the rb go in motion for the speed sweep and start to cheat on it, thats when you call the misdirection and give it to the opposite running back
