How to get Online Pass Back?

I had corrupt files ( early roster downloads ). So I deleted my game install on my HD. Wouldnt you know it my FREAKIN online pass got deleted and now when I put my code in it says its already been used! What a crock of B.S! Im going to call tech support tomorrow, cause the LAST thing Im going to do is spend anymore money on this sub par mediocre game. This game is FULL of bugs and glitches and I feel like if it wasnt for there inferior product I wouldnt of have had to delete all my sh!t. The main problem lies in Online Dynasty. Me and a buddy have attempted 4 FRICKIN times now playing in a dynasty, but at some RANDOM point it shows my game being played ( me winning) only to give me a simmed loss. In 2 years of OD Ive been screwed out of 5 wins that it simmed and gave me the loss for.

Anyone have similar instances?
