Simple Progression Fix...

Maybe I've just over looked this but is there a "Potential" attribute for every player? I think this would be an easy fix for all of the high progression for players. Now-a-days you grab your self a 5*...heck a 4* and you pretty much know he will be a 92+ player his senior year. With a "potential" attribute this could be fixed.

EX: If a 5* recruit comes in as a 85 but has a D- potential then he would only progress to 90 or so by his senior year. Flip that around and a 3* recruit comes in as a 68 and has an A potential and leaves his senior year as a 90+.

Then EA could add in a Recruiting prestige/attribute/ability for individual coaches. The better you are the more accurate you can determine a recruits potential.

believe there is a hidden potential rating already...

probably be better if it worked like you describe... now it must work something like this for off-season progression:

guy with f potential improves 5 points in the off-season
guy with a potential improves 6 points in the off-season
