Scroll pass the sliders part and look at the coaches profiles and stuff. Last year he did the same thing and it helped a ton. I haven't done the changes to coach profiles yet (too lazy haha) but if it helps like last year, than it should help the blitzing a lot problem......... The engage 8 someone said they made 15 custom playbooks and gave them to the cpu and took out the engage 8, if you want to get rid of that play. A lot of work for that one though.

Edit: He said he didn't change any of the coach aggressive profiles (I only read the first page so not sure if he did later on) but he did test out what he did when he did change it. Cpu blitz a lot less when he put it on 85 conservative.

it's like the visual stuff is fixed year to year but gameplay doesn't.

The option blocking assignments are completely wrong, DB's literally mirror the WR's, and have the ability to knock down passes without even seeing the QB. LB's consistently have 50" verticals...DL guys NEVER drop interceptions, the CPU playcalling and clock management is still bad, and the blitzing is out of control.

But at least we have grass texture, and dreadlocks...

Work on gameplay.

Grass texture that isn't even shown during play and dread locks that grow out of players backs, not their heads, and look nothing like what most of the players in the NCAA with dreads actually look like. They didn't even get that stuff completely correct.

They tried to put a Mustang shell over an Escort engine...and even the shell has some pretty serious dents and dings.

I'm making 5 playbooks for the CPU defense.

I took out all the following:

Engage 8
Blitzing both corners
Blitzing both safeties
Cover 2 zone plays, either blitzes or just coverage

There are still plenty of blitzes for the CPU to call and they can still use Cover 2, they just need to run man with it

Applying custom playbooks to CPU won't work. Tried. ^^^

When the roster issue is taken care of I am editing all coach tendencies, lowering aggression for defense and making running teams run the ball more. CPU doesn't run the ball enough for ball control teams like Col St, Bama, etc.

Could you explain? I've yet to see an all out blitz since I made the change.
