Do QB flak jackets and ankle braces help protect players from injuries in those areas? I am not sure but I dont think they do and players can still get injured in those areas. Im pretty sure I recently had a player have a minor twisted ankle where they came back in the game even though they had on an ankle brace. I think that various accessories should have positive and negative impacts on your players if they do not. I know there are no negative impacts since QBs with gloves still throw the same.

Dude, height and weight don't matter, so why would accessories? EA ain't that good.

That'd be awesome. But no, they don't matter.
