no this is defnitely a glitch it happens a lot on option plays like speed and triple options. Some players will get stuck watching the running back and if you dont pitch they will just shuffle int eh same spot till the play is over. I had a replay were i had a 60 yd td run and the spy for the running back stood still for the entire time while everyone else was in pursuitl

It sucks when it happens to your CB's. Usually on short to medium passes.

yes this i correct, i seen this a few times myself ...i had my running back go through the whole and the defender took himself out of the play, instead of pursuing my running back he ran the oppisite way.........

Yes this is definitely a glitch I have a safety with 80 awr and he did it also. Terrible
