So I am starting up an offline dynasty and completely switching all of the conferences. I will also be importing 12 Teambuilder teams for my own custom conference. I was wondering if you guys could look over my conferences to see what they are like. I tried to keep teams relatively close geographically while also providing a balance in conferences so that they can still produce powerhouse schools. Any switches I should make?

The Big 12 is my Teambuilder conference.
