Getting fired for no apparent reason?

WTH... I just got fired from my OC job after one season (I took over a coach instead of creating one). We won the conference, I met every single season goal goal, actually shattered them them all.. Was on pace to meet all contract length goals...

Heck, the HC even won coach of the year...

The only negative is we lost our bowl game.

All that and for some reason my Job Security plummeted and I was fired.

Is this some kinda bug I have not seen or heard about or some feature where a team just simply decides it wants to go another direction no matter how well you do? I'm really pissed off right now, I had recruited a hell of a class for a one star school.

Maybe the school could bring in a better OC... not unheard of either..

TTU 2 years ago, fired both OC and DC coordinators after we had a good season and beat Northwestern in a bowl game.

Just got to my job opening in CC... says I was fired for not meeting my goals. Which is BS, I met them all. And all the candidates to replace me have lower prestige then I do, so it cant be a matter of them thinking they can get a bigger name.

Bring this up in the glitches thread or send a response to EA personally. Might be a glitch. Maybe you committed a virtual NCAA infraction and they couldn't take the chance of retaining you and being investigated. You weren't the OC at Oregon, were you?

Either way, make sure you fill out the form in the glitches thread so people are notified.

Was your playbook/alma mater different than the school? Im thinking maybe it had to do with a difference of playbook..

Yes, I changed the coach I was using to my CPB. Thank you for reminding me, I didnt mention that in the bug report, need to go add it.

Actually that was this past season when Tech beat Northwestern. Not 2 years ago. That was when Leach was fired and they beat Michigan State.
