What you could do...only if you want to of course...is go in and edit the players fatigue rating to between 75-80 and then set your auto sub to 80 out and 85 in. That'll get subs in for sure.

I haven't noticed this but I will be keeping my eye open now thanks to the fact my RB is the most important part of my team. Also I don't think the auto-subs are the problem. Mine are around 60-75% most of the time and even on the 75% my RB carries are very lopsided.
