Is something wrong with supersim as DC?

I'm a DC at Eastern Michigan yes I know they are the worst team in the game but just finished a game vs Central Michigan and my QB went 8-35. And the game before his stats were similar. My supersim offense absolutely blows even against a FCS team. I'm not sure if this is because of my sliders or what but it is not fun at all considering we've been shut out now 4 games in a row against not that great of teams.

Stats for QB in last 3 games:

Akron: 10-34
Toledo: 9-36
C. Michigan: 8-35

QB is 68 overall

I am DC at Ball State and my QB went 11-41 passing for 50 or 60 yards against CMU in the first season. For the year I think his completion % was in the low 40's with 8 TD's and only a couple picks. I don't think it is a sim problem, because he was just as bad when I watched as when I simmed.

My Wake Forest QB is similarly terrible.

Unfortunately, he does better in Super Sim than when I'm controlling the offense.

Dang, how are we suppose to win games if our offense isn't scoring? The only two games I've won were very close against FCS teams and the offense put up around 20 points in both games.

I hope this isn't the case when I move to a better school. Is my offense going to do this bad if I go to Oregon or Oklahoma?

Wow this is just plain not fun at all, once again my offense did absolutely nothing had to quit in the 2nd quarter because 1) my QB was 1-10 and offense had 14 total yards, 2) their QB was 11-11 ridiculous, I know Eastern Michigan is not very good in real life but a defense should still know how to play zone properly there are HS players that can play better. I'm officially hanging up the DC mode, such a disappointment too because I really wanted to go through a career trying to get a HC, I'm just going to start over as a HC.

To me it seams that just doing the quick sim really makes poor teams have really bad stats. Usually I just sim 1 play at a time and watch some and it helps when your using a low star team.

I might try and do that, not sure if it will help but I am desperate. I have changed my mind and am just going to suck it up and finish this because I'm getting a very good recruiting class for a 1*. Only thing that sucks is that I just got shut out again this time by Ball State who is not a good team on the game. My defense played very well this game too which was disappointing. I've been shut out 5 times this season now.

Will this improve once I get to a better team as a DC?

It does improve. I am doing a dynasty as DC for Missouri, and the plays seem to be about the same when I watch but not always.

What length of quarters are you playing? And sliders are you using?
I adjusted the sliders I was using, putting the CPU & Human offenses equal, since I don't play as offense, and that seemed to help out my offense to get them closer to real life type stats. Not perfect, but closer.
