Updated No Huddle List

I have the list of no huddle teams from last season. Does anyone have an updated list of no huddle teams for NCAA 12? For instance, Clemson would be an addition to the list, and Michigan would be a subtraction (and Florida too, I assume). Any input would be appreciated. Here's the list from NCAA 11:

Navy should be added but Rutgers should be removed in 12

Is there ANY way to edit coaches or tendencies or playbooks or something in order to eliminate this from the game? It's one of my least favorite aspects.

At least with the list, I can know for sure which teams I need to have special packages for in case I get caught out in a personnel package that's not an exact match for the grouping the offense has in the hurry-up sequence.

Will these teams ALWAYS run no-huddle, even if they change HC/OC through the coaching carousel in dynasty?

I'm going to assume they can change, because Pitt is not listed above, yet they ran no-huddle against me in year two of a Kent State dynasty, following a coaching change. This leads me to believe there is some combination of stats/sliders/etc that determines if a team runs no-huddle.
