You're wrong. I just got the game a couple days ago and started it up, playing as Washington on Heisman right out of the gate I blew out Ohio State, Nebraska and Oregon in my first couple games on my way to 5-0 (and I mean really blew them out, scoring 42 points on average in those games). It just feels as if Heisman has become REALLY soft compared to 11.

For my first loss, I had to start off a new Dynasty as offensive coordinator for Akron (worst team in the game) and play my season opener against Ohio State, and even that was only by 10 points, not sure whether I could've actually won that one had I called the D as well.

Listen dude, I have the same issue. AND, I have all the CPU sliders at 100 and my USER sliders at 0 - 40. I still roll the CPU with 2 defensive calls: Dime safety blitz and 4-3 OLB blitz. Its not fun. There's no challenge to the game at all. Its that simple

Just mess with the user sliders and don't change the game speed because that is personal preference.

The pass coverage slider is reversed so if you have that between 0 and 40, you are going to shut down the AI all day long.

hmm seems like a decent place for this question... I find AA a little too easy.. as I won the Natty with Washington state my 2nd year in and poised to repeart in year 3 already...

I hate heismen because I am not that great at controlling the WR to make catches. Would playing with AA sliders be the best bet, or would messing with cathing sliders on heisman be the better idea?

Default is definitely to easy after a while. Use Jarrods Sliders they are very very challenging.
