So, I just finished my ~5th season with SDSU on NCAA 12. I'm playing as the offensive coordinator. All-American difficulty. Here are some highlights:
- My second string red-shirt freshman running back won the Heisman Trophy. 1st string was injured for 4 weeks, and I have my auto-sub sliders at 85/90. (1st string: 84 overall, 2nd string Heisman winner: 82 overall, QB: 89+1 overall)
- I lost the last 2 games of the season (including bowl game) by a combined 129 points.
- I lost the Rose Bowl against Mich. St. 77-54 (I'm the OC... I just can't keep up with 77 points!)
- My RS Sophomore TE broke the NCAA record for most receiving yards in the country (79 overall)
- All Americans NCAA: (First Team: 1st & 2nd string HB, LE) (Freshman: 2nd string HB, 3rd string HB, RE, DT)
- I had only 6 graduating seniors.
What a weird season, huh? A weird combination of classic video game stats (and then some!) and both dominance and failure on the field.
