Right around 97/99 I got hooked. Remember as a junior high/early high school student, I would stay up until 3 or 4AM playing, roughly 14 hours or something. These videos brought back memories.

But damn did I love 05, by far my favorite edition of NCAA.

I still have Bill Walsh College Football 95 for my Genesis. I really liked the fact that there was an option to end the season with a playoff. Why that was taken out, I have no clue.

I was just about to say. Those ps2 games don't look much different from what we have now. And they play so much better. It really doesn't look like next gen has improved all that much since then.

EA has the BCS license, so it's safe to assume the BCS mandated there be no playoff in the game. Too bad, because it was nice setting up a playoff tournament back in the day.
