A C&P from a private transcript of something that shouldn't of been said?

I can sit here and make fake C&P's too. It wasn't someone I consider trustworthy and there was no evidence supporting it. The fact that other evidence came up is irrelevant, it didn't come from him.

I have no issue saying i'm wrong, but there is absolutely no way that a customer service rep would let that slip if it were true, it could've cost them their job. Especially when every other rep was giving other people the work around.

EA at best even if that rep knew it had been submitted could've only said it was aiming for a September 7th release at best, no way they could've said it with certainty. If you wanna just defend the guy, go ahead.

We could go back and forth on the validity of his *source*...That we will never find out....Main idea lost in this whole thing is EA updated us on the progress of the patch and in turn, gives us something to look forward to

Guys, guys, guys!! When I made my post, I wasn't focusing on the OP as much as I was on OS's TOS. You always see Mods closing threads citing the TOS. I was wondering why that wasn't the case here? That's why I said I was looking for consistency. In my time here, I have seen numerous threads like this closed by a mod because the OP didn't have "proof" of what he/she was posting and no one else could verify it. I was simply wondering out loud why this thread was: (a) able to remain open, (b) why the op wasn't told to post this in the "NCAA Football 12 Title Update #2 Details" thread, or (c)why the titled of this thread hadn't been changed? Regardless of what you say, the title is misleading until EA verifies that it IS indeed releasing on that date. I never had any prob with the op or anything. In hindsight tho, I should have not said anything. I didn't know all this would come of it.
