Good point. Plus, if the patch is going to in theory drop then, that means MS/Sony are in possession of the patch. If that's the case, how would EA know when it'll be approved and released?

i cant pull myself to believe this considering 2 weeks ago someone said it would be released on a certain Thursday. Regardless, the shape in which they released this game in is absolutely rediculous, and its even more infuriating that its been almost 2 MONTHS without a patch!!! these are not minor issues you can just play through (like freezing). The worst thing about this whole debacle is that the time they've taken to patch this game could've been used to get a head start on NCAA 13, which is going to lead to more issues for next years game! its a never-ending cycle with these guys...such a shame
