Training Variance amongst systems

Has anybody notice a difference in the attributes that are developed depending on what type of system you run? E.g. If I run a 3-4 my OLBs will focus more on pass rush and strength where in a 4-2-5 they will focus more on coverage? I'm just wondering because I think I may change my defensive system and I want make sure they change the training focus of my players.
