auto subs?

What are you guys setting your auto subs at in order to get decent D line and RB rotations? Seems like the starters get subbed out of the game never to return by the end of the 3rd quarter just as it has been the past few years. Crazy annoying and I don't complain about this series much at all. Is EA aware that this aspect of the game has been broken for 3 years or so?

Any tips or hints are much appreciated.

How you checked out these sliders yet? If not, I suggest you try them!

Yea check out others sliders suggestions. I remember reading somewhere that there is also progressive fatigue in the game so players will never get back up to 100% once the game gets into the second half for example, so if you have the sub in set to high that might be the problem.
