My Friend can't join my dynasty

Hi guys,

My friends and I have been playing a NCAA 11 dynasty for about 3 seasons now. A buddy of ours decided he wanted to join in. He bought the game and the ea pass but now can't join.

He gets stuck at downloading the dynasty file as it stalls on him and he cannot progress.

I had him make a dynasty to see if its a problem between versions or something. And I was able to join no problem.

Is there anything we can do to get a around this issue?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
