Why are all OD users allowed to edit players Height and Weight?

I wholeheartedly agree with the OP. Editing anything besides equipment in online dynasties is a bad idea.

Its called an option not a requirement. Play with trusted people instead of worrying about it. But commish should have an on/off option that someone suggested.

I think it should prompt you any changes when you enter into your OD. It has notifications f who left, it can certainly have notifications of edits.

I don't trust alot of people in my dynasty. And no, I'm not going to look for a new dynasty. Would just be nice to have a prompt so you can see if someone is abusing it or not.

It's not as simple as "just play with people you trust". Comon, most of us can't verify the trustworthiness of every single player in an OD, and even if you think you trust someone sometimes you're wrong. The best option is a simple commissioner toggle on/off.

Considering height and weight don't affect ratings, I don't think it is the end of the world. You can make your stick of a DE into a mammoth and he wont' be any stronger. You can make your bricks for hands WR 6'8, but he's not going to catch more than he did before.

height and weight have ZERO effect in this game.
maybe one day it'll matter...until then people can change it all they want in OD's.

It actually does have effect on the game. Picture this you throw a jump ball to a reciever who was originally 5'8" but was changed to 6'5". With the 5'8" guy its most likely a pick and with the 6'5" guy its a touchdown
