PS3 online dynasty new guy

So from what i have read there is issues with online dynasty. I've never done it before in a league. I was thinking today i want to join up with one. But from the sounds of it with the transfer stuff it doesn;t sound like i should bother right now

Anyone have a PS3 with a opening? I play 3-4 nights a week.
