Best intangibles 1,2 or star school

I know there are a ton of fun teams to build as a dynasty that are lower rated. I picked NIU for my first dynasty. After 2 Natnl championships and a rose bowl (I moved to the big 10 after building the team up) I still had a terrible TV exposure, academics, facilities...etc. I mean its NIU- there not known for being a beautiful campus with great acidemics.

I was wondering what are the schools that I could choose that are 2 star or below that have the best "intangibles" so that once the program is built up, they wont have any C- or D+ pitches.

For a 2 star school, UCLA has some really good categories. It's not all A's, but a majority of them are B's. Academics, facilities, conference prestige, exposure, campus.. by the time you build them up, you should be good to go.

Campus Lifestyle
Athletic Facilities
Fan Base
Television Exposure
Program Tradition
Pro Potential (that ones a little harder for low ranked schools)

Colorado is another good choice if you want a bigger challenge, as they don't have the advantage of being in California. They have pretty good grades in most of those and excellent scores in Academic and Campus Lifestyle
