Honestly, with all the moves IRL, I think it's going to be impossible with this year's game to replicate what's going on. You're better off just setting your Conferences the way YOU prefer them to be.
Myself, I went back tothe way it was when I first started following football, back in the day. Maybe I'll switch a few independents, but thats it.

over at www.cowboyaltitude.com they have a pretty decent realignment series, you do have to dig to a bit before the season started but its something I am implementing at the beginning of year 5 of my dynasty.

Also there is a subsection link on the right called Conference Realignment, click and you will scroll down and see the end of the series rather quick.

It would be better if you actually linked people to the exact spot you want them to read. Besides that I found this to be very interesting. Though to warn they haven't posted the final recap on this.
