no such thing as defense

Has anyone here encountered a game where there was no such thing as defense? I meant this was an incredible fun game I just played but it was also the worst game I've ever played because of how fake it was.

USC-ASU
55-Score-59
19-first downs-20
808-total off-696
39-409-4-rushes-yrds-td-31-66-0
21-33-3-comp-att-td-26-40-7
399-passing-630
0-turnovers lost-2 fumbles
Individual stats passing
ASU 26-40-630-7tds
USC 20-32-286-3
Rushing
ASU RB 15att-56yrds
USC rb 17 att 356yrds 20avg 4 tds 86long(had four runs for around 80)

I've been using Mwolfe's sliders that have been producing great games up till this point. has anyone else seen anything like this?

In my Missouri Tigers dynasty I am the DC, and I barely beat KU 72-69. My defense couldn't stop ANYTHING it felt like.

It happens sometimes, just like it happens in real games sometimes. I've only had it happen a couple times, but not often

Re: no such thing as defense

I've had a decent mix of games. Some very high scoring ones where there is no defense, and some blowouts.

Lost to Penn State 34-31 last night then turned around and beat Indiana 30-3 in my Iowa Dynasty.

Re: no such thing as defense

I had it happen between my option offense and Buffalo. 48-45 with 368 yards rushing and 241 yards passing on my team. My QB was 17-24 with 124 rushing and 228 passing. Buffalo tore me up passing wise but with 489 yards but had only 23 yards rushing. So I guess my d-line stepped up a little bit.

I found that if your team has good run defense but bad pass defense these kind of games happen a lot more often.

Washington knocked me out of National Champ contention with such a game. They forced a bunch of turnovers and their QB was perfect in the redzone.

Happened in one game against TCU, where I won 45-38. It just depends, sometimes it's not your defenses day
