Recruiting from the web interface: still buggy?

Being able to recruit from the web would make my life much easier, but last year, I lost a lot of hours to errors. Can anybody who's made the plunge confirm whether or not it's not a lost cause?

Ive done it a few times and only once have I lost an hour...the need to ad in the recruiting advisor to the website so your not wasting your money paying for it

Sweet, thanks everybody. One thing I found when trying to set my recruiting board via the web is that I'd mostly get errors if I clicked the "add" link more than once, even if it seemed like nothing was happening the first time. So, I guess if I click once and be patient, I should be fine.
