Operation Take Back LA

I see a lot of people wanting suggestions for teams and boy do I have a great one. The troubled UCLA Bruins. Why you might ask, well there are a few good reasons.

2 star school-The school has fallen drastically, going back a few years it would have been a 5 or maybe even 6 star school. It's not going to be a cakewalk if you play with a hard recruiting difficulty, you're the weakest PAC-12 California based school to begin.

Rich history- You've got some great alum like Aikman, MJD, and Kilmer. I am a realism junkie so when I take a team like Indiana to the top of college football it just doesn't feel right. UCLA becoming the west coast's premier football program isn't an unlikely thing.

The Rose Bowl- Enough said.

Some pieces but you will need your own- UCLA is the perfect mix of having a couple pieces to build with but has holes to fill. Let's take for example Tennessee, yes you could say they need a rebuild but most of the groundwork is there already with a lot of talented underclassmen. On the offensive side of the ball you'll have some nice pieces in Hundley, James & Jones, and Young for the future. But will need to beef up your O-Line, bring in another young qb, and fix up the receiving corps. On the defense you don't have much, the line is pretty solid with guys like Marsh and Odighizuwa but it needs an overhaul.

Uniforms- Slick and traditional.

Coach is most likely gone soon- This goes back to my realism point. Slick Rick has had the team regress under him every year, he's at the end of the line and will be gone soon. Going back to my realism thing, I like to take over a team who just fired their coach and I think it's safe to say CRN will be gone within the next couple weeks.

I'll be letting people know what's going on in my UCLA dynasty(I plan on starting tonight) every once in a while. Some brainstorming ideas right now are to make Brehaut season starter and redshirt Hundley. Maybe a 3-4, I'm not decided on that yet. I'm going to have to grab a few JUCO's this class. I'll probably give Franklin most of the carries but will be mostly be giving the ball to whoever is hot, all 4 backs are talented and could be the number 1 guy.

Post in this thread how your current or previous UCLA are going. The bruins are one of the best teams for dynasty in my opinion, good luck to whoever takes the challenge.
