I run a OD using a tweaked version of SOS sliders . Only problem I have is the CPU defense blitzing like crazy in stupid spots and getting burned. Is there a slider or setting I can adjust so the CPU will not blitz most of the time ?

Called coaching sliders. You can't adjust them in an online dynasty but can in an offline one.
