When you run this play in a regular playbook it works fine but when i run it in a custom playbook it does a wierd thing where the QB holds the ball and rolls out. The same thing happen for this play in Shotgun Normal. Also why is there a hitch and not smooth like when ran out of other formations.

I don't remember that play ever doing that for me, but I haven't tried it lately(possible not since before patch #3).

I don't have that formation/play in my CPB, but I do have it for SG-ace twins and it works fine for me.

I have never gotten that play to work in any playbook, default or custom. I haven't seen that glitch, it just constantly ends up getting blown up by the D.

I rarely run it, but it works fine for me in sg-ace twins when the D is in man. When they're in man, there's no corner on the playside and if my O-line can seal the end, there's no one to the outside.

When i run it the QB doesn't even hand it to the RB he goes to hand it then just rolls out.

Same. The handoff takes forever. So long that half the D-line has penetrated the LOS by the time the RB even touches it.
