I actually had a punt bounce sideways last night and roll out of bounds on the 3. I was around my own 40 and pushed the height arrow all the way up and angled towards the corner and couldn't believe it when I saw it. Miracles never cease.

They definitely bounce forward 99% of the time. But yet on fumbles the ball don't bounce at all, it just sticks to the ground, go figure.

This is why I do not punt. I run a formation that sends 1 guy deep and let them run with a bomb pass. Its either a TD or the computer is so stupid it picks it off more times then not. I would rather throw a Deep pick to simulate a more realistic "punt" then actually punt it. My feeling is if its a turnover then I just say to myself "punt was blocked"
