Creating an ATH prospect

Is it possible to create a prospect where he is recruited as an athlete? I'm not seeing the option anywhere.

Wasn't in '11.
One season a long time ago when playing in '11 I tried to be sneaky with that concept and created a scrambling QB with bad QB numbers but 4* HB numbers. When the recruiting season opened I wasn't even in the guy's top-10 choices. Added him anyway, 50-60 minutes ea. week for several weeks, never even moved into his top-10.
Last time I tried to create the multi-position player.

I did that in 2011 a few times. Create a bad HB with great QB numbers, a bad QB with good WR numbers. Let the computer recruit them, then took over as that head coach, changed the position, then retired and deleted my new coach, then made sure the new coaches #s matched the old ones. Was a nice way to give 1* struggling programs a short burst.
