Not all the time(at least for the CPU).
If it gets to a jump ball situation, the WR always gets to a perfect adjustment and makes the catch(depending on catch rating). CB never gets to a good angle on Jump ball situation, especially if the WR does a SPEC Catch

I'd welcome any kind of attempt by 2K to make a College game. EA is trying to retire me from playing football gaming. Just horribly boring under their reign.
