NCAA Dynasty Recruiting help

Hi im new to NCAA2012 and am doing a dynasty and i make calls to recruits but how do you make them an offer? i dont see anywhere that says to make them an offer... am i missing something? please fill me in!!

When you make the call and the topic is chosen, at the bottom of the list of options it should say "Offer Scholarship"

This doesn't answer the OP's question, but to give out a free recruiting tip, I have found that recruiting 10 guys is a lot more effective than recruiting 30 guys. This way, you can focus all of your efforts on only getting the guys that you actually need. You can spend more time with them on the phone giving you more likely of a chance to actually get that recruit signed.

I apply the same approach but still load my board with 30 guys. I reorder the top ten for the guys I wanna go after hard and only talk to them. It's been noted that just by having a guy on your board you can receive a bump in interest without even talking to them.

The only problem with that approach is the random recruiting bonus the game gives (2X, unlock pitches, insta-commit). If you only have 10 recruits on your board, you are more likely to get those bonuses on a guy you really want, instead of on a guy that you aren't even calling.
