Has anyone started as a coordinator and stepped up to head coach for the same school?

I'm on my third season as OC and I want to stay at the school, but the more we win, the more the HC gets extended...

I did it at a small school and the HC took a bigger HC job.

I got offered the job and took it. I want to say I was Toledo.

I have the same problem haha. I took UNM to heights they could never fathom. I am the OC there and the HC refuses to go to a bigger school, granted UNM is the best football school in my realm. I now want to take over a bad team from the same conference and challenge them to the end! Muahaha
