I was just thinking about this after narrowly escaping against FCS East in my Arkansas State OC dynasty on All-American. I'm 3-1 with my only loss being @ Virginia Tech.

Anyways, so after getting stoned on my first drive, they get a FG, and near the end of the first quarter, they get a TD to make it 10-0. The offense was struggling, to say the least. My O-Line was ridiculously leaky, and I lost count of how many times I got sacked. Luckily, right before the half, I throw a couple TD passes and have a 14-0 lead. I didn't really start to pull away until the 4th quarter when I got two touchdowns and a FG for the 31-10 win, but that was way, way too close for comfort.

Anyone else had a scare like this against an FCS team?

Only won by 10 as WKU (on Heisman) as an Offensive Coordinator... Defense couldn't stop anything. 35 - 25.

I have, and a couple of guys in this one OD I was in did too. It was a long running OD and the sliders we were on made every game a challenge and we were all rebuilding 1 star programs. I lost a 3OT game to FCS West in the 2nd season, when Eastern Michigan seemingly gets worse lol.

I like playing as the FCS teams and try and beat any of the teams that are in the top 25. I almost beat Nebraska which was ranked 6th in my offline dynasty and I was FCS Midwest in the waning seconds of the game. High scoring affair, they(the FCS team I was playing as) should have won.

I'm thinking you were stoned... if you trailed 0-10 but managed to pull ahead 14-0... LOL
