Anyone know if you advance past transfer requests in OD if any potential requests would be accepted/denied?

I don't "officially" know, but every time you have a transfer, it already has the check-mark checked for acceptance, so going by that I would have to say they would be accepted.

Even if you sim past, your transfers are accepted
