Yes it does matter...

There are no sliders for DE/DT

If the Pass rush is to effective, the DT will be the 1st one to get to the QB.

If the pass rush is not effective, the DT will still be the 1st one to get to the QB but the QB will have tons of time in the pocket.

The problem is that the Pocket doesn´t create realistically because the rush come from the middle. How a slider can fix this? Like someone said above as a QB you won´t get into the pocket because you know that it will collapse from the inside out instead of being the other way.

I don´t know what happened, this was a HUGE problem last year with Madden and NCAA.

Look at this thread for videos to understand the problem. This happened the same or worst at NCAA. Reason why i stopped playing it.

Yeah that drawn out patty cake animation between the DE and OT is what causing problem with the pass rush. They get stuck in that endless loop of pushing each other back and forth with the DE never getting passed the OT.

I find it comical really that a DE can do spin moves over and over again and the OT don't EVER get faked out by it. But yet a DT can throw a Center or Guard to the side with ONE ARM within 2 seconds of the snap.

You are correct. I should have elaborated more. I would like sliders for specific positions and then it would be a problem in my eyes. I put that in another thread but not in this one.
