Pass Interference Finally This Year??

So has anyone see PI called in the demo? Has there been any response to if PI is called more often this year from developers?

Well according to Victor Cruz, Pass Interference wasn't something EA was focused on this year. With real time Physics, Madden in theory has a much better chance of getting them then NCAA 13.

Because the way Victor Cruz described it, before real time physics, when a defensive back and wide receiver came together, they never did ACTUALLY TOUCH. Instead they either hit an invisible wall OR the defender body parts morphed through the wide receiver.

Watch the instant replays enough, you can see that problem in NCAA 11, 12 and in the NCAA 13 demo. Arms and legs morph through other players. And sometimes during tackles, your player will go down a good yard before the defender actually touch you.

So unless they get rid of that morphing through players, chances are you won't see it.

I'm not sure there's any penalty in the demo that isn't encroachment. Quite a few should've been PI calls,I even interfered myself and wasn't called. Holding is worse. Was also a couple of late QB hits uncalled.

Yes he means lugo, and im sure we will see the same amount of pi calls this year as we've been seeing, nothing to base this off of, just a hunch.
On a better note, i completed a wheel route for a td only to have it called back for illegal touching, my wr stepped outta bounds prior to the catch, sweet

i have played 4-5 games of the demo and have seen it twice. both times it was legitimate.

I've had 3 legit PI calls called. 1 against me, 2 against AI.

Also had 1 illegal touching penalty.

i havent got any pass interference calls in any of the games ive played on the demo and ive played it plenty of times. ive had plays where there should have been a pass interference call. the only calls i get are holding, players jumping the line.
