Pretty much. The immersion factor is completely non-existent for TB teams.

How does one have a "personalized generic introduction?" Seems like an oxymoron to me.

Maybe that's what they call what they've been doing for years. They say your team's nickname (i.e. Jackrabbits) and like capt_razz said, show your team warming up. Other than that, nothing.

The only thing I can think is possibly new to Teambuilder is more player faces...
