I really hope Pistol gets a lot more attention this year. As it is now, it is just all the Ace formations/plays but with the QB in a Pistol alignment. Pistol should be a lot more unique with a wider variety of plays. The ability to go air raid, run and shoot, spread option, and have everything work properly. Maybe this is the year.

Offense: Custom playbook (part Pro-style, part Spread with some added stuff thrown in, I use Auburn's playbook as the base for some reason even I have no idea of). I hope they have that feature working properly this year.

You have to understand that Jones has been involved in the R&S since playing in it in the 70's {Portland State} and coaching it since the USFL in the 80's. And everywhere he's been he's had success. He built up Hawaii - a team that was actually close to being dropped altogether and he has taken SMU - a team w/ 25 consecutive seasons w/ no bowl games - to 3 straight bowl games. He also led or helped lead NFL teams into the playoffs {Lions/ Falcons}.

Suffice to say his offense has been good for him. And over the years he's made only minor adjustments: Blocking for the O-line, QB in shotgun majority of the time, adding a few West Coast Offense elements...

I always start at the bottom so UTSA, Texas State, and UMass are my 1st options now. Although I might make Charlotte on TB with Cupcake ratings (maybe use Panthers stadium, already in). I always use a balanced offense though. Any suggestions? Who should I replace Charlote with if I did? Or should I just choose one of the new 3? I'm leaning New 3, I like realism. Which would be most rock bottom? or least history?

I'll be rolling with my Eastern Michigan Eagles...hopefully their potent rushing attack can translate (especially if the read option actually works this year lol)

But I'll either use their playbook or some custom build with elements from a pro style/one back and their spread mixed in.
